Customer service is straight trash, I placed two orders one shipped fine the second was shipped way after promised timeframe. The seller shipped incorrect items without even talking to me about it and not what I paid for. I have a pending case opened because I still haven't received my order and she posted a note in the opened case clearly telling me she shipped different items then what I paid for. Also just read other reviews and it seems like I am not the only person that is having issues with this seller. I have bought tons of items on Etsy and hands down Iv never had this bad of customer service.
