I'm a little disappointed. It took a month to get here and I ordered it on nov 3rd. Way past the delivery date I was originally quoted. She said she remade my order and sent out another one but I don't ever think it was made. I got a notification that said it was sent out on the 16th but that was it. I reached out the week of thanksgiving and she said if the tracking didn't update she would remake the order and send it out Black Friday. I just got it today. You can only smell the scent when you open the jar but when you put it on it just smells like Shea butter. I asked for my gingerbread scent to be colored and when I opened the box there was a note saying she couldn't do it. I'm mad about that because there was no update to my order about that at all. The peppermint one that I got just has a weird pinkish color not red

While the body butters were great . The soaps I ordered from her were not like pictured. They looked old and dry and once I left my review she went from professional to personal. Because I didn't contact her first she will not offer me a solution .
Her response : You have already left your review about the soaps and you did not reach out to me directly to say that you wanted a solution. Therefore, I am not offering a solution. The soaps were not damaged and the package was not lost and they were of quality because we inspected them and have been using the same ingredients for the past year which is listed on the the item description.
She is extremely tacky and doesn't handle criticism at all. I told her the goals of my business and she said she understood. Will be opening a case against this company. Pure trash
